Call for strike action issued by a HOP! pilots union for Thursday 27 February, 2020

A call for strike action has been issued by a HOP! Pilots union for 27 February, 2020. It is too early to have a clear view of the consequences of this strike action on our flight schedule, however, we might expect some disruptions on our short and medium haul flights operated by a HOP! aircraft (Bombardier, Embraer).

Not affected by this strike: long-haul flights, as well as short and medium-haul flights operated by an Air France "Airbus" aircraft, or other airlines aircraft.
Our teams are fully mobilized and will do their utmost to assist you and minimize the impact of this industrial action on your travel plans.

From now on, if you wish to change your flight to an earlier or later date, you may do so free of charge.
If you have a valid Air France ticket, issued on or before 25 February, for a flight in France or Europe on Thursday 27 February, you can:
- anticipate your trip for a new flight as from 25 February or
- postpone your flight to any date up to 29 February 2020.
You can make these changes via your travel agent.
You may also choose to postpone your flight to sometime after 29 February 2020, change your country of destination or origin or cancel your trip. In these cases, we will provide you with a voucher that will be valid for 1 year and can be used on AIR FRANCE, KLM flights. This voucher will be non-refundable.

Please also check in online, both yourself and your baggage.

If your flight is cancelled or delayed by more than 5 hours and you decide not to travel, you can obtain a refund for your ticket by contacting your point of sale directly.
