After visiting Disneyland in Los Angeles (or not), come behind the scenes in this museum dedicated to the father of Mickey, Mr. Walt Disney himself. His daughter Diana is behind this museum, and she financed it with her own funds. It is located in the Presidio Park, which was also partly designed by the Disney family. From the outside it looks more like an office building than a museum.
Yet once inside you will see all the awards given to the creator of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. You immerse yourself in his life and work through pictures and home movies, some of which had never been shown until the opening of the museum.
Even if you are not an expert in animation, the creative work you see here, the design, development, and assembly of the animation, as well as its digitisation, will all fascinate you. The exhibits are all interactive using new technologies, which makes this visit as fun for your family as the latest cartoon.
