In the land of the goat and the lobster, talented chef Alexandre Fabris offers you a gustatory journey that reveals all the flavours of Mediterranean cuisine.

At the gates of Calvi, overlooking the Bonifato Valley, this old Genoese estate, entirely renovated by Jean-Baptiste Ceccaldi now houses the luxurious and popular La Signoria resort. This charming address welcomes its guests in a discreet and elegant atmosphere.

In the shade of large cream-coloured parasols, the tables on the terrace face the majestic mountainous landscape. And in the ochre and beige indoor dining room lies a huge fireplace. Everything is set for you to enjoy the infinitely refined dishes of chef Fabris: Corsican crayfish chaudfroid with caviar, seabass fillet in cep mushroom jam, or even venison roast with redcurrants and mushrooms… The sommelier will help you pair your meal with the best Corsican wines stored in the cellar. End on a sweet note with an airy chestnut soufflé.

The establishment is closed seasonally, from November 5 to March 31.
