Italian flavours at the Castel Monastero
In the heart of Tuscany, just 90 kilometres from Florence, the two master chefs of Castel Monastero, the famous Gordon Ramsay and Stylianos Sakalis, will teach you Italian and regional cuisine in all their authenticity. For two hours, the two chefs and their team will unveil the secrets of pasta and other great recipes. At the end of the course, you'll receive a recipe book that will let you reproduce the famous pappa al pomodoro soup and other great dishes for your friends and family.
If you prefer more sophisticated cuisine, opt for the advanced-level formula and learn how to make a complete menu such as: beef tartare, crusted sea bass fillet with seasonal vegetables, followed by a forest berry and white chocolate panna cotta. After cooking, move on to tasting! You will be invited to dinner at the chefs' table, where a sommelier will offer you wines paired with each dish.

Moroccan cuisine in Marrakech
Impossible to resist the cuisine of the famous restaurant, La Maison Arabe! To satisfy the curiosity of its clients, this renowned hotel located in the heart of Marrakech has launched cooking workshops. The classes are taught by chefs as well as "dadas" – female cooks who are masters in the art of preparing traditional Moroccan dishes.
With a communicative spirit, they will teach you how to make briouats, vegetable salads, tajines or couscous. For the latter, you will realize the importance of cooking the semolina three times to give it lightness. Under the aegis of the prestigious establishment's Mauritian chef, you will learn how to perfectly prepare the famous Mauritian fried noodles with chicken and spices (called mine frit), a typical dish of the island inspired by a Chinese specialty. Just as traditional, the “shrimp vindaye” will introduce you to the flavours of the west of the Indian subcontinent. For dessert, the chef will introduce you to the making of the famous “arouille cakes” (pronounced "ar-we"), little donuts that are deliciously sweet.
